Head Men's and Women's Swimming Coach
Location: Hickory, North Carolina

Duties and tasks include, but not limited to

- Direct the Men’s and Women’s Swimming staff and student-athletes in the preparation of analyses of opposing teams; analyze statistics and technical data of opponents and prepare game plans accordingly.

- Assign geographical areas to and supervise the Men’s and Women’s Swimming staff in the recruitment of new athletes; determine recipients of Men’s and Women’s Swimming scholarships in accordance with university admissions policies.
- Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations; monitor, 审核和协调预算资金的支出.
- Direct various personnel functions including, but not limited to, hiring, merit recommendations and promotions.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Bachelors degree required
